The dataset comprises bulk-rock major and trace elements compositions of magmatic rocks representing the Tholeiitic and Timpe phases of Mt. Etna. These magmatic products were investigated within the framework of the 'Progetto di ricerca libera' entitled: 'The Cyclopean Islands (Acitrezza, Catania): a key point to investigate the transition between tholeiitic and alkaline magmatism at Etna'. The project was funded by INGV Dipartimento Vulcani (Prot. N. 3876 del 25/03/2020); Principal Investigator: Rosa Anna Corsaro (INGV, sezione Osservatorio Etneo).
